A piece by artist Chrystine Jones, modelled by Gemma.

Chrystine writes:

The dress is a theatrical costume.

The collar forces the wearer’s chin up and so forces them to look down their nose. The fabric of the dress is transparent and allows the viewer to see the wearer’s nakedness through it.
In the position they exhibit, nose in the air, they are unware of their true selves and how others perceive them as they are unable to look down at their body.

The dress is organza, the collar and metal work is pewter.
